Although most of our service is completely free, the following policy details our returns and refunds policy for purchasable items.
Unfortunately, anything purchased from this site cannot be returned, whether a digital or physical product. Returns of any merchandise purchased are subject to the Merchandise Returns Policy. The returns address will be the Printful facility.
We cannot issue refunds on any of our products/services. This includes donations made through any official channels.
Due to the nature of purchases, we are unable to refund any purchases on a server which has subsequently shutdown. Where possible, a notice will be clearly displayed to indicate that the server will soon close.
